PRICES AND SHIPPING FEES

VOUCHERS
Vouchers are valid for the period announced upon issuance or a maximum of 1 year from the issuance date. Extension or transfer to another user/customer is not permitted. Vouchers are non-transferable. Vouchers cannot be applied to shipping costs, if applicable.
DELIVERY
Delivery will only be made to the shipping address provided by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that delivery can be made to the address during normal working hours. We ship according to the delivery timelines specified for each product. While we endeavor to ship as promptly as possible, some products may have longer timelines based on availability.
