Refunds:
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for purchased items. However, we understand that sometimes exchanges are necessary.
Exchanges:
We're committed to ensuring that you adore the products you receive from us just as much as we enjoy crafting them. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, our team is dedicated to guiding you through the exchange process to make things right.
- Exchanges are only possible within 8 days of delivery. Please note that we reserve the right to deny returns after 8 days
- Any items discounted are considered final sale and cannot be returned for exchange.
Items must be in new, unused condition with all attached tags. We cannot accept damaged or altered items. - Customers bear responsibility for items until they arrive at our store for inspection.
All exchanges undergo inspection and must meet our criteria.
Items can be exchanged for a different size, or an alternative products, subject to availability of stock. - Kindly be aware that we do not offer cash refunds or issue Store Credit Notes for any exchanged items.
- If the new item has a higher price, you'll need to cover the difference; if lower, the difference won't be refunded.
- Swimwear / Accessories / Bodysuits products can't be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
- Customers are required to cover the delivery charge for online exchanges.
